Genuinely great service throughout our stay. It was a cheap hotel, and we got what we paid for, but the front desk was always manned and throughout the stay they were honest about what to expect and perfectly courteous. I never felt surprised, which is what I worry the most about in cheaper hotels. Everything was very clean and everything worked well. Parking was free and it was an easy walk to the metro. No breakfast but the coffee was good and the water tasted better than any other water we had in DC, which was impressive. We left our jackets there on accident, and they not only kept the jackets but were extremely willing to work with us in getting them back through the mail.

Place was much better than some of the reviews suggested, certainly my room was very livable, good value for money - as someone who only needed somewhere to sleep and shower I'm happy I didnt pay more elsewhere. Location great, just a few minutes walk from Rosslyn metro/subway, only one stop away from central DC, good access to Arlington/Alexandria and a relatively short walk/cycle/Uber from Georgetown just over the bridge. Plenty of space and decent facilities in the rooms.

room was larger than expected, nice amenities in the microwave and fridge, bed was very large and super comfortable, everything was clean, shower pressure was very strong perhaps almost too strong, nice to have ironing board and iron, very friendly staff who were very helpful, great location if youre looking to be in DC but dont want to pay extortionate prices as the metro is very close, and there are bike stations very nearby and its a short cycle into the city

The building itself was OK, but the bed was super comfy, the staff were all very nice, and the location was prime! If you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep and aren't looking to hang out in the hotel this is definitely the spot for you. If you're looking to go on a vacation and hang out in a hotel probably not. It's absolutely ideal for tourists who are looking for a clean safe comfortable bed and nice shower, not for locals looking for a stay-cation.

Good location, subway station very close. You can walk to the monuments by crossing Arlington Cemetery, there is free parking. walking to rosselin metro 1/4 of a mile you pay $2.50 dollars per person and you get to the capitol, white house museums etc, and the same back to the hotel for the same price and if you take the car you will pay parking between $5 and $10 per hour"
